CDR’s consist of the dialled phone number, name of the person who has been calling, date, time of the call and duration. This information is only available to the customer who has requested this service.

We provide a data processing addendum (DPA) for our customers. DPA’s process data from all EU citizens. Our DPA offers contractual terms that meet GDPR requirements. There is no further action required from our partners.

Use of service by minors.

We are strongly committed to protecting the privacy of children. Traverse Telecom does not allow the use of its website or service by any individual under the age of 16 and hence we collect no personal information from any person under the age of 16.
