Once a set of numbers are provided or fed into the database, the dialer starts calling all of them one by one while filtering calls based on a user defined criteria. Disconnected numbers, busy tones, fax machines, and unanswered calls can be ignored while answered calls are routed to an available agent.
We also provide Preview Dialer. Call control is given directly to the agent once the number dialed is connected. This makes the call feel more natural.
